The Kit Company, Inc. is seeking second-phase seed capitalization to relaunch our business and "go national" with the Movers Survival Kit™, a product that's received rave reviews throughout the real estate industry: Our testimonials speak for themselves!

We're now looking for up to 40 Lenders to share in our future success. If you're an angel investor, venture capitalist, real estate broker, non-traditional lender, or successful real estate agent, and if you can afford to lend us at least $5,000, then we hope you'll consider joining us. We're offering a 500% APR (Annual Percentage Rate) interest return for two years, as described in our Prospectus for Investors and summarized in our Expanded Executive Summary. We're seeking $180,000 in loans, and intend to pay back $1.8 million to our Lenders within two years - a return of 10X. This is neither a typo nor an exaggeration, as you'll be able to discern from our financial projections, which appear as Appendix 4d (page 33) of the Prospectus.

We've structured this opportunity as a straightforward unsecured loan instead of a traditional securities deal because we don't want to spend our Lenders' money on unnecessary legal and filing fees: There will never be any physical or intellectual-property assets associated with Company, and hence there will be no underlying "value" to any stocks or securities that we might issue. All you'll be investing in will be the Company's future profits, and this we're willing to share with you generously, as noted above.
